Ingredients:

| med | Raw potatoes | | 1
| small | Onion | | 2
| | Eggs, slightly beaten | | 3
| tbsp | Flour | | 1
| dash | Pepper | | 1
| tsp | Salt | | 1/2
| tsp | Baking powder |

Procedures:
