| cup | Buttermilk baking mix | | 2
| tbsp | Grated Parmesan cheese | | 1
| tsp | Paprika | | 1/4
| tsp | Black pepper | | 1/4
| tsp | Basil | | 1/4
| tsp | Oregano | | 1/4
| tsp | Marjoram | | 1/4
| tsp | Rosemary | | 1
| dash | Nutmeg | | 2/3
| cup | Chili sauce | | 3/4
| cup | Mozzarella cheese -- | | | Shredded |

Procedures:
| 1 | Grease a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan lightly. | | 2 | Mix the biscuit mix with the parmesan and all the spices. | | 3 | Put mix into plastic bag; add chicken and shake to coat evenly. | | 4 | Place the chicken, skin side down, in the pan. | | 5 | Bake in a preheated 425°F oven for 45 minutes. | | 6 | Turn the chicken and spread with the chili sauce, dividing evenly over the chicken breasts. | | 7 | Sprinkle with the mozzarella and bake until cheese is melted, about 5-7 minutes longer |
