Green beans in tomato vinaigrette

Ingredients:
1 lbsGreen beans, trimmed
2 tbspBalsamic vinegar
1 tbspDijon mustard
1 largeGarlic clove(s), minced
1/4 cupCorn oil
2 tbspBasil, minced
2 tbspFlat-leaf parsley, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
1 lbsPlum tomatoes
-seeded and chopped
1/4 cupRed onion(s), minced
Procedures:
1Steam the green beans for 5 min, until they"re crisp-tender.
2Plunge them into cold water to stop the cooking; drain them well.
3put the vinegar, mustard, and garlic into a large bowl and whisk them together.
4Gradually whisk in the oil.
5Add the basil, parsley, and salt and pepper and stir well.
6Add the green beans, tomatoes, and onion and toss everything together.
7Serve at room temperature.
