Ingredients:
6 tbspButter -- melted
2 lbsRed potatoes
2 tspDried basil* -- (2 TO 3)
1/4 cupParmesan cheese -- freshly
Procedures:

2cut the potatoes lengthwise into ?inch thick slices.
3Without crowding the slices, place on a buttered baking sheet.
4Brush the tops of the slices with melted butter and sprinkle with the basil.
5Top with parmesan cheese and a drizzling of melted butter.
6Bake in a preheated 375°Fdegree oven for 45 minutes.
