Ingredients:
20 ozSpinanch, frozen-chopped
2 cupRice, cooked
16 ozCheddar cheese, shredded
4 Eggs, beaten
2/3 cupMilk
1/4 cupButter, softened
1/4 cupOnion, chopped
2 tspSalt
1 tspWorcestershire sauce
1 tspThyme ground
Procedures:
1Cook spinach according to package directions; drain well, squeezing out excess liquid.
2Combine spinach with remaining ingredients in a large bowl.
3Pour into a greased 13x9x2-inch baking dish.
4Cover and bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
5Uncover and bake 5 minutes more or until set.
