Honey-glazed baby carrots

Ingredients:
2 lbsBaby carrots
1/2 tspSalt
2 tbspBalsamic vinegar
2 tbspHoney
2 tbspChopped fresh parsley leaves
2 clGarlic, minced
1/4 tspFreshly ground pepper
Procedures:
1Place carrots, salt and ?c water in a large saucepan.
2Bring to a boil over high heat, cover and reduce heat to low and simmer 5 to 6 minutes, until carrots are just tender and most of the liquid is evaporated.
3Add vinegar, honey, parsley, garlic and pepper and stir well.
4Cook on high heat, stirring constantly, just until vinegar has evaporated, about 1 minute.
