Ingredients:

| lbs | Lamb shoulder roast | | 2/3
| tbsp | Salt | | 1/2
| tsp | Pepper | | 2
| tbsp | Flour | | 3
| large | Green peppers | | 2
| cup | Cooked rice | | 1/2
| cup | Celery, chopped | | 4
| tbsp | Chili sauce |

Procedures:
| 1 | Wipe roast with a damp cloth. | | 2 | Combine salt, pepper and flour. | | 3 | Rub the roast well. | | 4 | Place in an open pan. | | 5 | Bake at 300°F for 2-?hours. | | 6 | Cut green peppers in halves. | | 7 | Remove centers and seeds. | | 8 | Parboil until slightly tender. | | 9 | Drain. | | 10 | Mix together rice, celery, and chili sauce. | | 11 | Fill peppers. | | 12 | Place around roast. | | 13 | Bake at 300°F for 40 minutes or until peppers are tender and roast is done |
