Hungarian stuffed cabbage leaves

Ingredients:
1 eachGreen cabbage
1/4 cupButter
1 eachOnion, diced
2 eachCloves garlic, diced
3/4 lbsGround pork
3/4 lbsGround beef
1 cupBrown rice, uncooked
1/8 tspSea salt
2 tspVegetable seasoning salt
1 eachPinch cayenne
1 can(8 oz) tomato paste
1 pintSour cream
1 can(12 oz) sauerkraut
Procedures:
1Core cabbage and put in boiling water.
2As leaves become wilted, peel them off and place on paper towels to dry.
3Trim out center vein of each leaf.
4Saute onion and garlic in butter.
5Add meat, rice, seasonings and stir together.
6Simmer 20 minutes.
7Place a tablespoon of this filling on each cabbage leaf and roll up leaf.
8Place in a pot in layers.
9Cover filled cabbage leaves 2/3 with water.
10Stir together tomato paste, sour cream, and sauerkraut.
11Spoon this over top.
12Cover and cook on simmer for 1 hour, or until rice is tender.
13Serves 6.
