| cup | Boiling water | | 1/4
| tsp | Garlic salt | | 1/4
| tsp | Garlic powder | | 1/4
| tsp | Ground fennel | | 1/2
| tsp | Paprika | | 1/2
| tsp | Black pepper | | 1
| | Egg white | | 1/4
| cup | Bread crumbs |

Procedures:
| 1 | Mix the tvp into the hot water. | | 2 | Let stand for a few minutes. | | 3 | Add everything else and form into two patties. | | 4 | Fry in non-stick pan. | | 5 | It wasn"t great but it wasn"t bad. | | 6 | If anyone makes it i"d appreciate comments and suggestions. |
