Ingredients:
4 medPotatoes, about 1-?lbs
-very thinly sliced, 4 cups
1 medOnion, chopped, ?cup
1 cupShredded mozzarella cheese
-(4 oz.)
1/4 cupGrated Parmesan cheese
1 canCream of Mushroom Soup
-Campbell's Condensed
-10-?oz. can
1/4 cupMilk
1/2 tspItalian seasoning, crushed
1/4 tspGarlic powder
Procedures:
1In greased 1-?quart casserole dish arrange half the potatoes and half the onion.
2Sprinkle with half the mozzarella cheese and half the parmesan cheese.
3Repeat layers.
4Heat oven to 400°F.
5In small bowl combine soup, milk, italian seasoning and garlic powder; spoon over potato mixture.
6Cover; bake one hour.
7Uncover; bake 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
8Serve.
