Ingredients:
1 cupOnions, halved & sliced
1 cupParsnips, halved & sliced
1 tbspCorn oil
1 cupWater
2 tbspGinger, minced
1 quartKale, veins removed & cut
-into bite-sized pieces
Procedures:
1Saute the onions and parsnips in oil for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent burning.
2Add the water and ginger.
3Cover and simer for 4 to 5 minutes.
4Add the kale and continue cooking 4 to 5 minutes longer.
5Stir occasionally but keep the saucepan covered otherwise.
