Lean and cheesy brunch potatoes

Ingredients:
1 lbsPeeled potatoes, cut into
?inch cubes
1/2 cupWater
1/3 cupChopped onion
1/4 cupEach chopped green and red
Bell peppers
3 -4 tb cheese flavor sprinkls
1 tspParsley flakes
1 tspBlend seasoning
Procedures:
1Spray medium skillet with non-stick cooking spray.
2Add cubed potatoes, water and onions.
3Cover.
4Cook over medium heat 10-15 minutes or until potatoes are crisp tender.
5Remove lid, add bell peppers.
6Stir occasionally until liquid has evaporated and vegetables are tender.
7Add cheese sprinkles, parsley flakes and table blend seasoning.
8Toss well and serve.
