Ingredients:

| lbs | Peeled potatoes, cut into | | | ?inch cubes | | 1/2
| cup | Water | | 1/3
| cup | Chopped onion | | 1/4
| cup | Each chopped green and red | | | Bell peppers | | 3
| | -4 tb cheese flavor sprinkls | | 1
| tsp | Parsley flakes | | 1
| tsp | Blend seasoning |

Procedures:
| 1 | Spray medium skillet with non-stick cooking spray. | | 2 | Add cubed potatoes, water and onions. | | 3 | Cover. | | 4 | Cook over medium heat 10-15 minutes or until potatoes are crisp tender. | | 5 | Remove lid, add bell peppers. | | 6 | Stir occasionally until liquid has evaporated and vegetables are tender. | | 7 | Add cheese sprinkles, parsley flakes and table blend seasoning. | | 8 | Toss well and serve. |
