Lazy holubchee(cabbage rolls)

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cupRice (rinsed)
1 1/4 tspSalt
1/2 tspPepper
3 tbspMargarine
1 Small onion
1 cupCanned tomatoes
2 cupCoarsely chopped cabbage
1/2 cupHalf 'n half
Procedures:
1Steam the rice in 2 cups ofboiling water and salt till water is absorbed but rice is only partially cooked.
2Saute onion in margarine till transparent.
3Add pepper.
4Add tomatoes and heat.
5Add cabbage.
6Add to the rice.
7Lastly, pour in the half "n half.
8The mixture should be quite soupy.
9If too thick, add another ?to ?cup water.
10Pour the mixture into the greased 2 qt. casserole.
11Cover and cook in the oven for roughly 1 hr.
12At 325°F.
13Until liquid is absorbed.
14Serve as a side dish with meat and potatoes.
