Ingredients:

| small | Baking potatoes | | 2
| tbsp | Unsalted margarine | | 1
| tsp | Dill | | 1/8
| tsp | White pepper | | 1
| tbsp | Parsley | | 1/2
| cup | Chopped onion | | 1/2
| cup | Hot skimmed milk | | 1
| cl | Garlic, minced | | 1
| tsp | Grated lemon peel | | | Paprika to taste |

Procedures:
| 1 | Bake the potatoes in a hot oven until done. | | 2 | Remove and cool. | | 3 | Saute the onion and garlic in unsalted margarine. | | 4 | Scoop out the potatoes and mash the pulp. | | 5 | Beat in the sauteed onion/garlic mixture, hot skimmed milk, lemon and pepper. | | 6 | Mix in dill and parsley. | | 7 | Refill skins and sprinkle with paprika. | | 8 | Rebake at 400f for 30 min. |
