Low-fat `creamed' greens and onions

Ingredients:
2 lbsSmall white onions
1 1/2 lbsKale or other greens
-coarsely chopped
1 tspMargarine or butter
2 To 3 tb flour
1 cupSkim milk
1 tspRosemary, crumbled
1 tspWorchestershire
Ds Pepper
Procedures:
1Peel onions and place in a large saucepan or skillet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
2Cook 3 minutes, stirring, then cover and reduce heat to low.
3Cook 5-10 minutes.
4Add greens, cover and simer in their own juices until simmer, 5-7 minutes.
5Drain.
6Melt margarine in small saucepan, gradually add flour and cook 1 minute.
7Stirring constantly, add milk gradually and continue stirring until thickened.
8Stir in seasonings.
9Pour over greens and onions; gently blend.
