Ingredients:
6 lbsSmall White Beans
2 lbsBrown Sugar
1 1/2 cupMolasses
1/2 cupCatsup
3 lbsBacon
Procedures:
1: onions : salt and pepper -- to taste
2cover beans and let stand overnight.
3Do not drain.
4add teaspoon salt.
5Slice bacon ? x 1" thick.
6Combine in large roaster and bake at 300 °F for 5 to 7 hours.
7stir occassionally.
8Add liquid as needed ( use a combination of water and catsup, water and brown sugar, or water and molasses).
