Ingredients:
1 lbsGround beef
1/2 cupChopped onion
15 ozCooked beans -- Mexican
Style
8 ozTomato sauce
4 ozChopped green chiles
1 packTaco seasoning mix
6 8-inch flour tortillas
2 cupShredded cheddar cheese
Procedures:
1In a large skillet, brown beef and onions.
2Drain.
3Stir in the canned beans (mexican spicy) tomato sauce, chiles and taco seasoning.
4Mix.
5Layer half the tortillas on the bottom of an 11- by 7- inch backing pan.
6Spread half the meat mixture over and sprinkle with half the cheese.
7Repeat.
8bake at 350f for 30 minutes and let stand 10 minutes before cutting and serving.
