Ingredients:

| lbs | Chicken | | 2
| tbsp | Honey | | 4
| tbsp | Butter or margarine | | 1
| | Lemon | | 1/2
| cup | Cornmeal | | 1/4
| cup | Flour | | 1/2
| tsp | Salt | | 1/4
| tsp | Pepper | | 1
| | Egg | | 1/3
| cup | Milk |

Procedures:
| 1 | Mix cornmeal, flour, salt and pepper in bowl. | | 2 | Mix egg and milk in separate bowl. | | 3 | Rub chicken with lemon and dredge in cornmeal mixture. | | 4 | Dip in milk mixture and then back into cornmeal mixture. | | 5 | Heat butter or margarine to almost smoking in frying pan. | | 6 | Put chicken in pan and cook until golden brown on both sides. | | 7 | Put honey on top of chicken, lower heat, cover and cook for 4 minutes |
