Ingredients:
3 lbsRound Steak, ?" Thick
2 tbspDry Mustard
1/2 tspSalt Or To Taste
1/4 tspPepper
2 tbspCooking Oil Or As Needed
10 oz(1 cn) Mushroom Stems&Pieces
1 tbspWorcestershire Sauce
1/2 cupDry Red Wine
Procedures:
1Cut meat into small pieces.
2Trim all fat and membranes from pieces.
3Pound each piece until ?inch or less.
4Mix mustard and spices and dredge meat on bith sides in mixture.
5Have large frying pan medium hot with oil.
6Fry a few pices at a time 1 to 1/12 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
7Keep warm.
8Drain mushrooms, reserving liquid, set aside.
9Add mushroom liquid and worcestershire sauce to pan.
10Simmer and scrape off pan drippings.
11Add mushrooms and wine to liquid, heat, you may thicken the liquid wit flour or cornstarch if desired, and serve over meat.
12Note: meat may be pounded ahead of time if desired.
13Refrigerate in single layers or dry slightly before dredging as this will make it brown more quickly
