Ingredients:

| tsp | Soy sauce | | 4
| dash | Tabasco sauce | | 3
| oz | Can chow mein noodles | | 1/4
| tsp | Celery salt | | 1
| dash | Onion powder |

Procedures:
| 1 | Going through some old boxes, i came across this recipe from the june, 1963, issue of better homes and gardens. | | 2 | It is credited to a mrs. | | 3 | T.a. | | 4 | Hight, walnut creek, ca. | | 5 | Even after all these years it still sounds pretty good. | | 6 | Combine melted butter, soy sauce and tabasco; drizzle over noodles. | | 7 | Toss lightly till noodles are well-coated. | | 8 | Sprinkle noodles with celery salt and onion powder. | | 9 | Again, toss until well mixed. | | 10 | Place on a baking sheet and toast at 275°F for 12-15 minutes or until lightly browned and crispy. | | 11 | Makes about 2 ?cups. |
