Apricot-cheese pastries

Ingredients:
2 1/2 cupFlour
1/4 tspSalt
1 cupUnsalted Butter
1/2 cupSugar
1 tspVanilla
2 tbspMilk
8 ozCream Cheese -- softened
Apricot Jam
Procedures:
1Mix flour and salt.
2Cut in butter.
3Cream sugar, vanilla, milk and cream cheese.
4Add flour mixture.
5Chill.
6Roll out 1/8 inch thick, cut into circles.
7Place 1 teaspoon jam in center, cover with another circle.
8Press edges together with a fork.
9Place on greased cookie sheets and bake in a preheated 400 degree oven 10-12 minutes.
