Ingredients:

| cup | Flour | | 1/4
| tsp | Salt | | 1
| cup | Unsalted Butter | | 1/2
| cup | Sugar | | 1
| tsp | Vanilla | | 2
| tbsp | Milk | | 8
| oz | Cream Cheese -- softened | | | Apricot Jam |

Procedures:
| 1 | Mix flour and salt. | | 2 | Cut in butter. | | 3 | Cream sugar, vanilla, milk and cream cheese. | | 4 | Add flour mixture. | | 5 | Chill. | | 6 | Roll out 1/8 inch thick, cut into circles. | | 7 | Place 1 teaspoon jam in center, cover with another circle. | | 8 | Press edges together with a fork. | | 9 | Place on greased cookie sheets and bake in a preheated 400 degree oven 10-12 minutes. | | 10 | Makes 24 |
