Ingredients:
1/2 cupOnion, sliced
1 cupCarrot, sliced
1 cupCauliflower, sliced
1 cupGreen beans, sliced
2 tbspPeanut oil
1 cupWater
2 tspChicken broth
2 tspCornstarch
1 Garlic, pinch
Procedures:
1In skillet, heat oil and cook sliced green beans, cauliflower, carrots and onions.
2Combine sauce ingredients: water, chicken stock base, cornstarch and garlic powder.
3Add to cooked vegetables.
4Heat through until thickened.
5You can vary recipe by increasing onion or using ?the amount required for onions and replace it with celery.
