Ingredients:
6 ozJar Marinated Artichoke
-Hearts
1 tbspOlive Oil
1 tbspUnsalted Butter
1 cupChopped Onion
1 tspDried Basil
1/2 cupSour Cream
1/2 cupCottage Cheese
Salt And Pepper
Cayenne Pepper
Parmesan Cheese
Procedures:
1Drain the liquid from the marinated artichoke hearts into a skillet.
2Slice the drained hearts into bite-sized pieces.
3Add the olive oil and butter to the drained-off marinade in the skillet.
4Heat this mixture, add the onions and saute them until soft (5-8 minutes).
5Add the artichoke hearts and basil.
6Saute 3-5 more minutes.
7Remove from heat, stir in remaining ingredients and serve over ?pound pasta
