| tbsp | Unsalted Butter | | 1
| cup | Chopped Onion | | 1
| tsp | Dried Basil | | 1/2
| cup | Sour Cream | | 1/2
| cup | Cottage Cheese | | | Salt And Pepper | | | Cayenne Pepper | | | Parmesan Cheese |

Procedures:
