Ingredients:
1 1/2 packMarshmallows, quartered
- (small size packages)
1 cupSugar
1 1/2 cupWater
2 ozChocolate
2 tbspMargarine
1 tspVanilla
1 cupFlour
1/2 tspSalt
1 tspBaking powder
1/2 cupMilk
Crushed pecans
Procedures:
1Place marshmallows in square baking pan.
2Bring ?cup sugar and water to a rolling boil; pour over marshmallows.
3Melt chocolate and margarine in saucepan; add remaining sugar, vanilla, flour, salt, baking powder and milk.
4Drop batter by spoonfulls over marshmallow mixture.
5Sprinkle pecans over top.
6Bake at 350 °F for 40 minutes.
7Serve with whipped cream.
