Pepper stuffed with cous-cous

Ingredients:
6 xGreen peppers
2 cupCous-cous
4 cupWater
3 tbspButter
3 xTomatoes, chopped
1 xScallions, bunch
1 xSalt to taste
12 xCheese slices
6 tbspSesame seeds
Procedures:
1Wash and halve peppers lengthwise, removing veins and seeds.
2Steam lightly and set aside.
3Cook cous-cous in water for 2-3 minutes; let stand for 10 minutes, then add butter, chopped tomato and chopped scallions.
4Mix well, salt to taste.
5Stuff cous-cous mixture in pepper halves.
6Covver each pepper with a slice of cheese, sprinkle sesame seeds on top and place in warm oven until cheese melts.
