| large | Spanish onion | | 1
| | Head of Broccoli | | 3
| | To-4 Shredded Carrots | | 1
| can | Stir fry baby corn | | 1
| can | Straw mushrooms | | 1
| can | Water chestnuts, chopped | | 2
| | Stalks celery, chopped | | 1
| | Bottle of oyster sauce |

Procedures:
| 1 | Boil pierogies according to package directions. | | 2 | Stir fry all the vegetables approximately 5 min. add oyster sauce and mix with the vegetables. | | 3 | Place a singlke layer of pierogies in a lasagna pan and cover completely with the vegetable mixture. | | 4 | Cover pan with aliminum foil and bake for 20 minmutes at 350 degrees. |
