Perogy-veggie bake: mrs. t's

Ingredients:
24 Mrs.T's Perigies
1 largeSpanish onion
1 Head of Broccoli
3 To-4 Shredded Carrots
1 canStir fry baby corn
1 canStraw mushrooms
1 canWater chestnuts, chopped
2 Stalks celery, chopped
1 Bottle of oyster sauce
Procedures:
1Boil pierogies according to package directions.
2Stir fry all the vegetables approximately 5 min. add oyster sauce and mix with the vegetables.
3Place a singlke layer of pierogies in a lasagna pan and cover completely with the vegetable mixture.
4Cover pan with aliminum foil and bake for 20 minmutes at 350 degrees.
