Ingredients:
3 tbspFlour
1/2 tspSalt
1 1/4 dlSkim milk
1 Egg
90 gramsPotatoes, peeled
1 tspOil or margarine
Procedures:
1Whip together the flour and the salt with ?of the milk.
2Add the egg and the rest of the milk.
3Grate the potatoe and add.
4Stir.
5Melt the margarine in a frying pan, put a thin layer of the mixture in the frying pan and fry, when light brown turn and fry the other side.
6Serve with unsweetened lingonberry jam and some vegetables.
7Some of the potatoe may be substituted with carrots.
