Ingredients:
1 lbsCarrots
2 cupWater
1 tbspSugar
1/2 tbspSalt
1/4 cupMelted butter
1/2 cupCrushed cornflake crumbs
Procedures:
1Cook carrots, sugar, salt in water until tender, drain and cool.
2Dip into butter and then in crumbs.
3Place on greased baking tray and bake in 350 oven 10 - 12 min. oven
