Ingredients:
1 2.5-3.0 lb London broil
1/2 Can beer
1 ozIrish whiskey
1/2 cupWhite wine
1/2 cupPeanut oil
1 1/4 tspDry mustard
1/2 tspWorcestershire sauce
1 tbspSugar
2 tspOrange marmalade
1 Clove garlic minced
1 tspSalt
3/4 tspPepper to taste
Procedures:
1Mix marinade ingredients together & pour into a long casserole dish.
2Place the meat into this mixture and then spoon someover the top.
3Cover & place into the refrigerator.
4Turn meat every 6-8 hours.
5After 24 hours it is ready to cook.
6Grill over coals to taste.
7Brush with marinade as it cooks.
8Excellent tasting marinade.....very good on ribs too
