| 1 | Mix marinade ingredients together & pour into a long casserole dish. |
| 2 | Place the meat into this mixture and then spoon someover the top. |
| 3 | Cover & place into the refrigerator. |
| 4 | Turn meat every 6-8 hours. |
| 5 | After 24 hours it is ready to cook. |
| 6 | Grill over coals to taste. |
| 7 | Brush with marinade as it cooks. |
