Ingredients:
4 Heads Garlic, large roasted
And peeled
2 tspOlice oil
1 tbspFresh lemon juice
1/2 tspKosher salt
1 tbspItalian parsley, coarsely
Chopped
Cayenne pepper, pinch
Ground pepper, fresh
Procedures:
1Chop garlic with knife until it forms a paste.
2Place in a bowl, add remaining ingredients.
3Stir to blend.
4Use for bruschetta, pizza or grilled meats.
