Ingredients:
| | 1 ea Celery bunch | | 4
| tbsp | Salad oil | | 1
| each | Bouillon cube | | 1
| cup | Water, boiling | | 1/2
| cup | Onion, minced |

Procedures:
| 1 | Wash and separate celery. | | 2 | Cut cross- wise at a slant, about 2" long, ? thick. | | 3 | In a large skillet heat oil; add onions and cook until soft. | | 4 | Add celery and cook 2 minutes more. | | 5 | Stir constantly. | | 6 | Turn heat down. | | 7 | Add water and bouillon cube; salt to taste. | | 8 | Cook covered 10 minutes. |
