Ingredients:
3 cupMushrooms, thick sliced
1/2 cupWater
2 eachGarlic, clove, crushed
2 eachLemon, juice of
Procedures:
1Place water in a teflon skillet with the garlic.
2Simmer 5 minutes.
3Remove the garlic.
4Add mushrooms and lemon juice.
5Cook, stirring frequently, for 3-5 minutes or until mushrooms are cooked to your taste.
