Sauteed spinach and red peppers

Ingredients:
1 tbspOlive oil
1 tspOlive oil
2 medRed bell peppers
2 eachGarlic cloves, sliced
1 pinchCrushed red pepper flakes
8 cupSteamed rinsed spinach
1/4 tspSalt
Procedures:
1* seed bell peppers and cut into strips.
2** do not dry spinach.
3In large skillet, heat oil.
4Add bell pepers, garlic, and pepper flakes.
5Cook stirring frequently for 3-4 minutes.
6Add spinach, with water still clinging to the leaves to the skillet.
7Sprinkle with salt.
8Increase heat to medium-high and cook, stirring occasionally, 3 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
