Ingredients:

| oz | Spaghetti, uncooked | | 1 1/2
| tbsp | Tahini | | 1
| tbsp | Light miso | | 1/4
| cup | Water | | 1/4
| cup | Chives | | | Black pepper |

Procedures:
| 1 | Prepare the noodles according to the package directions. | | 2 | Drain, rinse & set aside. | | 3 | combine tahini, miso & water in a small pot to form a creamy sauce. | | 4 | Cook over a medium heat, stirring constanty, until thickened. | | 5 | This should take about 3 minutes. | | 6 | Add more water as necessary to make a medium thick sauce. | | 7 | gently toss sauce with the cooked noodles, chives & black pepper. | | 8 | Serve at once. | | 9 | "vegetarian gourmet" winter, 1995 |
