Ingredients:

| cup | Milk | | 7
| tbsp | Uncooked long-grain white | | | -rice | | 1
| | Strip fresh lemon peel | | | =(1"x3") | | 1/3
| cup | Granulated sugar | | 2
| tsp | Vanilla | | 1/2
| cup | Heavy cream | | 1
| | Strip fresh orange peel | | | =(1" x 3") | | | Pinch of cinnamon |

Procedures:
| 1 | Mix milk, rice, and peels in large saucepan. | | 2 | Bring to a boil. | | 3 | Reduce heat and simmer 25 minutes, stirring often, until mixture starts to thicken and starts to stick to bottom of pan. | | 4 | Reduce heat to very low and cook 5 to 10 minutes more. | | 5 | Add the sugar and stir 2 to 3 minutes until dissolved. | | 6 | Cool slightly before stirring in vanilla. | | 7 | Cover and refrigerate 2 hours. | | 8 | Stir in heavy cream. | | 9 | Top with cinnamon. |
