| 1 | Preheat oven to 400°F. |
| 2 | In medium bowl, combine all ingredients except 1 cup mix; blend until smooth. |
| 3 | Stir in remaining mix. |
| 4 | On floured surface, knead about 20 strokes until smooth. |
| 5 | Roll out dough 1/8-inch thick; cut into desired shapes. |
| 6 | Place on lightly greased cookie sheets. |
| 7 | Bake 5 to 8 minutes until edges are light golden brown. |
| 8 | Cool 1 minute.; remove from cookie sheet. |
| 9 | Frost and decorate as desired. |
| 10 | Makes about 2 dozen assorted size cookies. |
