| cup | Sugar | | 3
| | Eggs | | 3
| cup | Flour | | 1
| tsp | Baking Powder | | 1/2
| tsp | Salt | | 1 1/3
| cup | Mincemeatfilling |

Procedures:
| 1 | Cream shortening; add sugar, blend well, add eggs, beat until smooth.add all dry ingridients mixed together, stir in mincemeat last. | | 2 | Drop by teaspoon full on greased cookiesheet, about 2 inches apart, they will spread out. | | 3 | Bake at 400 °F for 12 minutes, or untill lightly brown. | | 4 | They keep well too |
