| cup | Packed light brown sugar | | 1
| tsp | Vanilla extract | | 2
| | Eggs | | 1 3/4
| cup | All-purpose flour | | 1/2
| cup | Hershey's Cocoa | | | -OR European Style Cocoa | | 3/4
| tsp | Baking soda | | 1/2
| tsp | Baking powder | | 1/4
| tsp | Salt | | 1
| cup | Hershey's Semi-Sweet Chips | | 1/2
| cup | Chopped nuts |

Procedures:
