Drizzle bars made with failed fudge

Ingredients:
CRUST
1/2 cupButter
1/4 cupConfectioners' sugar
1 cupAll-purpose flour
FILLING
3 1/2 ozShredded sweetened coconut*
1 Recipe failed fudge (too
-hard, too soft, etc)
1 cupCandy chips*
1 cupWalnuts, chopped
14 ozSweetened condensed milk
Procedures:
1* can double these amounts.
2For chips, choose a flavor complementary to fudge flavor.
3For instance, with chocolate fudge, use butterscotch or peanut butter chips.
4Use semisweet chocolate with almost anything else.
5Preheat oven to 375°F.
6Melt butter and blend with sugar and flour until cohesive.
7Then press into ungreased pan (8x8 or 9x9).
8Bake for 20 to 30 minutes.
9While crust is still hot, spread coconut over it.
10Top with chips.
11Pour too-think fudge haphazardly over chips; dice too-hard or grainy or chewy fudge and scatter over chips.
12Scatter walnuts over that.
13Drizzle sweetened condensed milk over everything.
14Bake for 20 minutes, then use a spatula to press down and compact bars.
15Finish baking for 15 to 20 minutes.
16Cool on a rack and cut.
17Yield: 2 ?dozen 2x2-inch bars.
