Ingredients:

| | To 1 cup peanut butter | | 1
| | Egg | | 1
| tsp | Vanilla extract | | 2
| cup | Biscuit baking mix | | | -(Bisquick) | | | Granulated sugar |

Procedures:
| 1 | Preheat oven to 350°F. | | 2 | In large mxier bowl, beat sweetened condensed milk, peanut butter, egg, and vanilla until smooth. | | 3 | Add biscuit mix; mix well. | | 4 | Chill at least 1 hour. | | 5 | Shape into 1-inch balls. | | 6 | Roll in sugar. | | 7 | Place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheets. | | 8 | Flatten with fork. | | 9 | Bake 6 to 8 minutes or til lightly browned (do not overbake!). | | 10 | Cool. | | 11 | Store tightly covered at room temperature. |
