Easy beef tenderloin diana

Ingredients:
24 ozTENDERLOIN STEAKS (6 OZ EA.)
1/4 tspSALT
1/4 tspGROUND PEPPER
2 tbspBUTTER
1 tbspOLIVE OIL
2 tspGRATED LEMON PEEL
2 tbspLEMON JUICE
1 tbspWORCHESTERSHIRE SAUCE
1 tspDIJON MUSTARD
1 tspPAPRIKA
Procedures:
1With a meat mallet, pound steaks till they are about 1 inch thick.
2Sprinkle both sides with salt and pepper.
3In a large skillet over medium high heat, heat butter, oil and lemon peel until hot.
4Add steaks; pan fry 6 to 8 minutes, or until desired doneness, turning once.
5Remove steaks to heated platter; keep warm.
6Reduce heat to medium; stir in lemon juice, worchestershire sauce and mustard.
7Cook about 3 minutes until sauce is blended, scraping up brown meat bits.
8To serve, pour sauce over steaks.
9Garnish with paprika
