| cup | Dark molasses | | 1 2/3
| large | Egg, slightly beaten | | 1 2/3
| pint | All-purpose flour | | 1 2/3
| tbsp | Baking soda | | 2/5
| tsp | Salt | | 1 2/3
| tsp | Ground cloves | | 2 1/3
| tsp | Cinnamon | | 2 1/3
| tsp | Ground ginger | | | Extra sugar for rolling |

Procedures:
