Ingredients:
1/2 cupQuick-cooking rolled oats
3 tbspButter
2/3 cupGranulated sugar
1 Egg
1/3 cupPlain low-fat yogurt
1 tbspVanilla
1 cupAll-purpose flour
1/4 cupUnsweetened cocoa powder
-sifted
1 tbspBaking powder
1 tbspBaking soda
1/4 tspSalt

1/2 cupIcing sugar
1 tbspUnsweetened cocoa powder
1 tbspLight cream cheese
1 tbspMilk
Procedures:
1In small bowl, mix rolled oats with 1 cup hot water.
2Let cool.
3In large bowl, cream butter with sugar; beat in egg, yogurt and vanilla.
4Stir in oats.
5In separate bowl, mix flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
6Stir in oats mixture just until combined.
7Do not overmix.
8Pour batter into greased 8-inch square cake pan.
9Bake in 350f 180c oven for 30-35 minutes or until centre springs back when lightly pressed.
10Let cool.
11Icing: beat together icing sugar, cocoa and cream cheese; beat in milk until smooth.
12Spread over cake.
13Per serving: about 120 calories, 2 g protein, 3 g fat, 21 g carbohydrate
