| cup | Plain low-fat yogurt | | 1

| cup | All-purpose flour | | 1/4
| cup | Unsweetened cocoa powder | | | -sifted | | 1
| tbsp | Baking powder | | 1
| tbsp | Baking soda | | 1/4

| cup | Icing sugar | | 1
| tbsp | Unsweetened cocoa powder | | 1
| tbsp | Light cream cheese | | 1
| tbsp | Milk |

Procedures:
| 1 | In small bowl, mix rolled oats with 1 cup hot water. | | 2 | Let cool. | | 3 | In large bowl, cream butter with sugar; beat in egg, yogurt and vanilla. | | 4 | Stir in oats. | | 5 | In separate bowl, mix flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt. | | 6 | Stir in oats mixture just until combined. | | 7 | Do not overmix. | | 8 | Pour batter into greased 8-inch square cake pan. | | 9 | Bake in 350f 180c oven for 30-35 minutes or until centre springs back when lightly pressed. | | 10 | Let cool. | | 11 | Icing: beat together icing sugar, cocoa and cream cheese; beat in milk until smooth. | | 12 | Spread over cake. | | 13 | Per serving: about 120 calories, 2 g protein, 3 g fat, 21 g carbohydrate |
