Ingredients:
4 cupFlour
1/4 cupGranulated sugar
1 tspCoriander
1 3/4 cupButter
Procedures:
1Sift dry ingredients together three times, add the butter and work into a firm dough.
2The hands work for this.
3Knead on a lightly floured board and roll to 1/8" thick.
4Cut with a 3 inch cutter and bake at 325 until lightly browned, (about 10 minutes).
