| cup | Shortening | | 2
| | Eggs, well beaten | | 1
| cup | Chopped raisins | | 1
| cup | Graham flour | | 2
| cup | Cake flour | | 1
| tsp | Baking soda | | 2
| tsp | Baking powder | | 2
| tsp | Lemon flavoring | | 1/2
| tsp | Salt |

Procedures:
| 1 | Cream shortening and sugar. | | 2 | Add eggs. | | 3 | Beat thoroughly. | | 4 | Add raisins and flavoring. | | 5 | Sift cake flour, measure, and sift with baking soda, baking powder, and salt. | | 6 | Add graham flour. | | 7 | Add to creamed sugar and shortening mixture. | | 8 | Mix thoroughly. | | 9 | Form into rolls 2 inches in diameter. | | 10 | Chill overnight. | | 11 | Slice thin. | | 12 | Place on slightly oiled baking sheet. | | 13 | Bake in hot oven (400°F) about 10 minutes. | | 14 | 75 servings |
