Graham butter-scotch cookies

Ingredients:
2 cupBrown sugar
1 cupShortening
2 Eggs, well beaten
1 cupChopped raisins
1 cupGraham flour
2 cupCake flour
1 tspBaking soda
2 tspBaking powder
2 tspLemon flavoring
1/2 tspSalt
Procedures:
1Cream shortening and sugar.
2Add eggs.
3Beat thoroughly.
4Add raisins and flavoring.
5Sift cake flour, measure, and sift with baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
6Add graham flour.
7Add to creamed sugar and shortening mixture.
8Mix thoroughly.
9Form into rolls 2 inches in diameter.
10Chill overnight.
11Slice thin.
12Place on slightly oiled baking sheet.
13Bake in hot oven (400°F) about 10 minutes.
