Grandma hartjens's kolacaky

Ingredients:
1 packYeast
2 tbspSugar
1/4 cupWarm water
2 Eggs
2 Egg yolks
1 cupCream or canned milk
2 tspLemon extract
1/2 tspSalt
4 1/2 cupFlour
1 cupButter or oleo
1/4 cupSugar
FROSTING
2 Egg whites, beaten stiff
1 1/2 cupPowder sugar
1/2 tspVanilla
Procedures:
1Disolve yeast, sugar in water.
2Add eggs, butter, milk, lemon extract and 2 cups flour, let rise 1 hour.
3Add rest of flour, knead, roll out ?inch thick.
4Cut with biscuit cutter, let rise 1 hour in greased pan.
5Make a dent in each with back of spoon.
6Add filling.
7Bake 12 min. in 375 degrees oven and let cool.
8Frost around filling not on it.
