Procedures:
| 1 | Preheat oven 350°F. | | 2 | Grease 9x13" glass baking dish. | | 3 | Microwave bacon, remove. | | 4 | Add onion to bacon fat, microwave; remove. | | 5 | Combine eggs, potatoes, cheese, and pepper. | | 6 | Crumble bacon and mix into egg mixture. | | 7 | Add onions. | | 8 | Pour into prepared baking dish. | | 9 | Bake until center is set, 45 mins. | | 10 | Cut into squares |
