Ingredients:

| cup | Flour | | 2
| tsp | Baking powder | | 1/2
| cup | Sugar | | 1/2
| tsp | Salt (or more) | | 2
| | Eggs | | 1/2
| lbs | Margarine | | 1
| tsp | Vanilla |

Procedures:
| 1 | Cream margarine and sugar together and add eggs, beating thoroughly. | | 2 | Sift dry ingredients and mix in. knead into a ball. | | 3 | Roll out on floured board and cut into circles with a cookie cutter. | | 4 | place tablespoonful of filling (recipes to follow) on circle of dough. | | 5 | Fold into 3-cornered pocket by drawing up two adjacent sides and then the third. | | 6 | Pinch edges to seal. | | 7 | Bake at 350°F. for 30-40 min. depending on size |
