Hershey's perfectly chocolate chocolate chip cookies

Ingredients:
2 1/4 cupAll-purpose flour
1/3 cupHERSHEY'S Cocoa
1 tspBaking soda
1/2 tspSalt
1 cupButter or margarine
-- softened
3/4 cupGranulated sugar
3/4 cupPacked light brown sugar
1 tspVanilla extract
2 Eggs
12 ozHERSHEY'S Chocolate Chips
-(Semi-Sweet)
1 cupChopped nuts (optional)
Procedures:
1Heat oven to 375 °F.
2Stir together flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt.
3In large bowl, beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla on medium speed of electric mixer until creamy.
4Add eggs; beat well.
5Gradually add flour mixture, beating well.
6Stir in chocolate chips and nuts, if desired.
7Drop by rounded teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheet.
8Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until set.
9Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack.
10About 5 dozen cookies.
11Pan recipe: spread batter evenly in greased 15-½x10-½x1-inch jelly-roll pan.
12Bake at 375 °F.
1320 to 22 minutes or until cookie begins to pull away from sides of pan.
14Cool completely in pan on wire rack.
15Cut into bars.
16About 48 bars.
