| 1 | Heat oven to 350 °Fahrenheit. |
| 2 | Grease 13x9x2-inch baking pan. |
| 3 | In large mixer bowl, beat butter and sugar. |
| 4 | Add syrup, eggs and flour; beat well. |
| 5 | Stir in chocolate chips. |
| 6 | Pour batter into prepared pan. |
| 7 | Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until brownies begin to pull away from sides of pan. |
| 8 | Cool completely in pan on wire rack. |
| 9 | Cut into bars. |
| 10 | About 36 brownies. |
